It also shouldn't snag when you're bum-shuffling those semi-steep sections of the descent. The back is comfy and really breathable too, so you can wear it all day in comfort. A bucket style design and zip opening gives you easy access to the contents while keeping accidental spillage to a minimum, and there's a strong bar-tacked gearloop and a couple of zipped pockets inside to keep extra gear secure. There are also daisy chains, extra gear loops and an attachment point for your rope and helmet on the outside.
